The purpose of these development builds is to stay progressive.
To the best of my knowledge, these builds are stable. I test them before I post them.

Windows 7 Codecs version 3.0 HIGHLIGHTS:

- introduce the LAV filters by nevcairiel.

The 64bit version will not be available until I am done debugging the 32bit release.

You need to do a CLEAN install to get the new filters installed.

If you UPGRADE install, you will get an upgrade of your current installation with NO NEW FILTERS

The final has been released. Be sure to clean install and not use upgrade.
